I was looking at these in halfords yesterday, once I found them in the maze of the store, over £8.00.

I have no idea what to do with one but I need it!

I really don't get this. If you think the pressure is low 99% it probably is. Why not get a digital tyre inflater that will not only check your pressure but pump it up whilst you are at it! Waste of time IMO.

Check it works before you buy as I bought 3 and one of them had flat battery (lithium coin cell) other than that great deal. And accurate to about 0.5 psi +/- in my opinion.

Bought two so far. Really good for the money. Plenty of stock at Kings Lynn petrol station and had a few at Dereham.

Sounds good, which petrol station did you find this? Or I can assume it'll be available everywhere at this price? Heat added.

Hi. This sounds like a local deal?

Fairly well made, they are in the Alloa petrol station too

I picked on of these up at this price from the Tesco service station on the Isle of Wight so if it is a local deal it is a wide spread one :-)

I forgot to add that that was over a month ago.

No, you need to blow into something for that but I'm not allowed to post pictures of that

Prefer the manual type where the white gauge pops out indicating, the pressure. Had one for years, still very accurate, only a couple of quid and no batteries to run out.

Couldnt agree more. You can buy an inflator that runs off your battery for £10 odd delivered.

Sounds nationwide to me - got one from the Tesco petrol station at Garforth near Leeds. Whether they're a waste of money as per other posts is a personal opinion.

And yet another offer that isn't stocked at the Pembroke Dock store. The Filling station appears not to keep it at all - they have a digital gauge but not an AA one. The AA item has a shelf-edge in store but at the full price.. and is out of stock anyway.

Pembroke Dock Tesco. The worst branch in the UK!

It really is a joke store.... they put Fuel up TWICE this week, the last increase coincided with the introduction of the 5p per litre off. Tesco where offers are not always as good as they seem.

Thanks for the idea. Was in my local Tesco and they had one for £6.97 so snapped it up. They also had the digital gauges for about £4 to £5 or so; this was in a store not a petrol station.
