AA Premium Snow Cleats

Ensure that you are protected when walking on ice and snow with the AA Snow Cleats Deluxe - Medium ( size 5-8 ), providing excellent traction to avoid losing your footing on the ice. Simply place over the bottom of your footwear for instant grip when walking in wintry conditions!

* The ten steel studs provide excellent traction
* Lightweight yet robust and durable
* Adjustable rubbber straps easily attach to your shoes
* Size: Medium ( for shoe sizes 5-8 ) Large ( sizes 9-11 )

Until you step onto a polished surface (like a shopping centre floor) and fall over! Almost happened to me when I bought them years ago on a trip to New York. The Petzel Spiky ones are expensive but very good. Heat for these as they are a bargain, even if the studs do fall off after a day or two.

I think you are supposed to take them off before you go indoors.

You are. But it isn't that easy to do in freezing temperatures. They are fairly springy, but still a pain to take off and put back on every time you want to go inside a shop.

Shoe snow grips in Home Bargains store for 99p
#18
heat added. gonna try and get a pair of these today
#19
man up people did they have these yester year??... no?
#20
I picked up a pair as generally AA stuff is reasonable quality, and these seemed it but the large size wont fit a size 9 Merrel boot and struggle with size 9 Cat Trainers...
do seem decent qaulity though... and for a nicker more than worth a punt

No sign of any in their two stores in Derry, Northern Ireland :(
#22
None in my local store.
#23
Found them in Derry in the bigger store even though the day before I asked a staff member who said they didn't have them!
#24
Barnsley one has them, the bigger of the two.
Try looking near the car section if you go out to get some,I have these from a years ago, bought off eBay or Amazon, they are a better finish but they were like £7 or something, really like these and a bargain for a £1,I've walked 9 miles in these no problem.
