The AB Chair is designed to help build, tone and maintain your abdominal muscles and is suitable for all levels of fitness. This abdominal exercise machine makes your upper and lower abdominal muscles work much harder than a regular sit up or crunch.

Its unique range of motion increases the intensity of your workout without you actually having to work harder.
The Chair supports your whole body to help avoid excessive strain on your upper and lower back whilst exercising.
The AB Chair is designed in such a way that it is very easy to set up and pack up for storage incorporating a quick release system for your convenience

Sorry for the cold votes with no explanations sheish... I wonder why the deep freeze ? :-D
#2
was thinking the same, looks like my kinda exercise machine , think i will order one,

will put a bit of heat on but cant do much but will have a go

thanks for this

I've added heat too. One of the reasons I've given up posting deals is the silly cold voters. It's an old issue but the sooner it goes the better Hotukdeals will be.
#4
ive warmed this up a bit more, getting it to a nice temp

Thanks for the moral support - my hubby has bought one!!!

The Sunday papers/shopping channels have had these priced at £80 plus about £30 p+p so I thought a good deal!!

good deal yes, but remember it wont help reduce your waist unless you are doing cardio. All this will do is give bigger abb muscles, not reduce fat in the abb area, so if you have fat there u cant get a six pack unless u do cv work asell to get rid of the fat.

Oh and heat added

Great deal think ill get one

Is it anygood Shiesh?
#10
i have already got this machine. lol the exact same one!!
But that cost me way more than the price stated.

You will feel the pain once you stop the exercise!
#11
How long have you had it and how much do you use it?

Looks like a cross between a big deckchair and a buggy for a paraplegic with a few bungies on it, not that solid IYKWIM
#12
looks like a good deal to me voted hot
#13
What a bargain have been watching this on shopping channel grudge:w00t: their prices but i have ordered one now Thank you soooo much
#14
why don't you just do normal sit ups?

save yourself £35, and put it towards chocolate cakes as a reward
#15
Is this not just a 'Gadget'.

The normal tool for abs is a 'Curl-up' device that you lay down on/in and do curls.
Is this going to do the job better? Looks like a lazy mans excerciser to me.

I am always suspicious of how good things are when they are being reduced to get rid of them.

Just asking if anyone knows different.

Voted HOT as it is still a good deal for those that want one.

you make a good point but it can help , it will help loose wieght and tone up , but its only as good as the work you put , and yes diet and cv workouts help too.

I highly doubt it will even make you lose weight that's ridiculous, from vibrations? not 100% sure how it works but again I still don't think it's better than crunches.
#18
Voted hot, great price, unsure on how good the product is, but I am tempted.. anyone had success with one of these??

Looks like a sex chair. Wouldn't like to use it in front of kids and prematurely corrupt their jelly like minds.
#21
Looks good but I prefer a Roman Chair than this. Can workout abs and lower back with that. Now if you can find one of them for £35 I would be impressed.
#22
Still ain't buying it. I'll stick with crunches and sit-ups :).

Important Review Here.

Similar machine.
#24
Im intrested in buying one of those pulling machine type things where u pull your own body weight ...does anyone know if there good or not?
#25
Have definately added heat for this one. For the one who perfers ab crunches the reason this is so good is if you have back problems (I have metal work in my spine so my spine is rigid) therefore muscles in your back cannot lift you from the floor. This machine gives you support for your neck and back making it idea for the less fortunate of us who are not perfect in body.
#27
Great Spot Andy - thanks
#28
Yep theres a few different ones here too:

Thanks, I've gone for this... *Heat and rep added*.
#30
my mrs has just bought one of these... http://www.6secondabs.com/

should she have gone for this chair?

think these 6second abs cost £30
#31
It's a good deal but you'd be much better doing weighted crunches, holding a jug of water or similar.

Or hanging leg raises.

Ive just ordered one of these for £40:

http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/store/product_info/weights_n_benches/Bodymax/Bodymax_CF616.jpg

Hold a 20kg weight across your chest and do crunches on this baby. Much better workout on your abs imo.
