Very poor device tbh. Would stay well clear. I bought one of these for the same price 2 months ago and was broke within a week.

My advice, save up for a slendertone.
#2
I know someone who bought this exact same thing from play, and it was rubbish!!

I had a go and it did nothing except hurt!!!

Whilst it is a good price, it is a terrible product so COLD from me

Actually, it would be a waste of time for "fat people"
#4
Waste of time full stop. Ppl should get down the gym instead of going for these quick fix things. Thats one of the many things wrong with this country...
#5
It's been this price for years!
#6
My God, this product has been doing the rounds for years now, same old box art, same old poor product.
#7
Proven fantastic results
Seen on TV for £39

I have never seen this belt over a fiver, and who has had fantastic results with this product?
#8
I bought 2 of these for me and the wife, one went faulty within the month and the other well lets just say it was useless too. Total waste of money. Buy a proper toner that give better results and steer clear of these pieces of junk.

They are mate.

Get yourself a copy of Rocky IV on DVD, then pick up some cheap weight lifting equipment, or better yet, if you are working, get a gym membership (not Fitness First).

A waste of money, do what the guy said if you want to improve.

Pickup a copy of a mens health/fitness its a good read and everyone has time for a workout, anyone who says they dont is talking rubbish
#13
Swimming is fantastic for toning, nothing beats lifting heavy stuff for building muscle =)

Also, if you're going to uni soon, uni gyms are often really cheap. Mine's £50 a year.

Can't understate the importance of a good diet, either.
#14
Lucky, my uni gym is extortionate not much cheaper than the cost of my own kit at around 250 or something mental

Or do as I do to keep fit - when one is doing over the local 24hr shop and off license dont use a getaway car just use your feet and therefore you are not only getting a free workout you are also helping save our planet!
#16
I use weights, run and use a slendertone ab and bicep belts. Best way!

What size tub of gel comes with this? Might be worth it 4 that if you already have one.

I bought one from play when it was only 2.99 before christmas, I planned to give to someone as a gift but when I saw it decided I didnt hate anybody enough.

Its a tiny tube of Gel that was in the box, I cant check how much as handed it in to the school fete

Hair Gel works well with it.

Bought a tub from Asda for 20p
