Listen to your music or TV audio from across the room, without any wires getting in the way.

The FMH2020 wireless headphones feature PLL synthesiser technology, 3 channel auto-tuning and up to 100m range for superb wireless freedom. PLL (Phase Locked-Loop) technology ensures that the signal between the headset and the base station will be 'locked' once it is tuned in, reducing the possibility for interference to almost zero. The headphones are powered by 2 x rechargeable AAA batteries (included) and can be re-charged via the base station which, in turn is powered by the supplied mains adapter. Each full charge can provide up to 8 hrs listening time, maximising your wireless enjoyment. Also included are a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter plug, for connection to a hi-fi headphone socket and a 3.5mm to 2 x phono adapter for connection to an aux hi-fi channel. All of this means these headphones are truly versatile and can be connected to just about any audio source, including TV, Hi-Fi, iPod/MP3, Computer, Laptop, Keyboard/Electric Piano......

The previous, more expensive post reached 276 heat!! How can the same product, at a cheaper price now be cold?

Bought some of these last time they were on here. Would recommend them for music and TV which doesn't have too much quieter bits (like sports), but there's quite a bit of hissing at silent parts, or anything where there's constant quiet sounds.

If you turn the source up, and the volume on the set down, it helps a bit, but not entirely.

Voted hot though - for music in particular they're ideal.

You cant compare these with the sennheiser rs110's because when I was looking for wireless headphones the sennheiser rs110's were about £50 so no contest.

And you cant go wrong for £11.99 especially with the reviews these have.
#16
Thanks. Thinking of ordering

Sun 21st June this year - It's never a fixed date, but always the 3rd sunday in June... hope that helps :)

My dad's is on the way.. just got e-mail from play.com

I got these from Play.com 2 weeks ago.

For the price they are excellent. Quick and easy to set up and they come with plenty of adaptors for different sockets.

You get the odd crackle now and then but these are well worth the money IMO.

'Ill be buying another pair for the father in law for fathers day.

these look pretty good - and i'm very tempted.

do you just plug these into the headphone socket on my tv?

Yeah, you can either plug them in to the headphone socket or it has adaptor with the red and white leads on the end.

It has a bigger adaptor too which may well plug in to guitar amp.

Yeah, they are worth it IMO. Music sounds good through them and they do work at quite a decent distance if you want.

Also, as some one else mentioned turning the sound up on the actual item you are using them with helps the quality.

Nah its not that big. About half the height of a pint glass and really light.

I use them for late night TV, and also plug them in to lap top or Stereo for music.

A few years ago I bought a pair of Sennheiser wireless headphones, thinking that they would be the bees knees. Maybe it was just the set I had but the sound was terrible, absolutely atrocious.

Spending more money can often result in a better set of headphones, but it can just as easily result in disappointment. These RF headphones look very promising, and at that price, how can you go wrong?
#37
Excellent value for money. I bought these not long ago for £14.99 and even then they were still great for the price.
I have reviewed them myself on Play and although I can't compare them with other wireless headphones I believe I made a good choice.

The only problem I have is that you get very little warning when the batteries are low, well no warning really, I hear some loudish thumps in my ear then the headset just switches off. Voila batteries dead!

Anyway, you can't go wrong with these and the wireless receiver is no bigger than a pack of cards so it easily hides out of view.
#38
Just got the pair I ordered for my dad and tried them out on the PC... sound quality is excellent, comfortable headset, can't find fault with them at all.... only thing that could be better is the batteries supplied, they are only 300mAh, but simple solution is to swap them for some 850mAh rechargeables (I have quite a few laying around) and then the battery life should be almost 3 times as much :)
I know that they'll probably take 3 times as long to charge too, but the reasoning behind the bigger batteries is that if you fully charge them once, then even if you have a really long usage session with these, you won't run out of juice, then you can just charge them again.
#39
Just received mine and they are brilliant - ordered a set for me dad for fathers day
