no 100metres it's why it has the red on the bezel, so it can be used by scuba divers too..

Water Resistant Depth: 30 metres

You both fail terribly. Crazy... go home etc.

The link clearly states it is water resistant to 100m.

Nice watch for the price. Hot. Buy the way my local argos will adjust the bracelet from argos ebay as long receipt is shown.
#11
What I find even more interesting is that the fact that someone on ebay wanted £65 plus delivery in December for this watch.

Hot i bought this watch last week very good quality
#13
ordered thanks
#14
Even though it says 100m ,it does not neccessarily mean it would be ok at a depth of 100m. Should be fine for swimming or snorkeling . watch makers changed the wording on watches some years ago from proof to resistant.
#15
Hmmmm think i will sleep on it before making my decision.
#16
Bargain... Double HOT, I just bought 2... Either for Dad.... Or 1 for each wrist :)

Got one last week, very happy with it.

these are classic watches, good find - hot

bought - quidco too :)

Poor mans pepsi Submariner!
#22
At £16.99 I wouldnt cry if I scratched the glass or casing, at £200+ I wouldn't be so chuffed!
#23
If you can get them for £200 Ill have ten! There about 5 grand now, and the glass is sapphire glass, which is resistant to getting scratched, spend some money on a decent watch and it will last!
#24
If I purchased any watch at £200+ then any damage to it wouldn't be nice to swallow. I'm not a banker so I wouldn't waste my money on a watch costing five grand. This is a £16.99 watch, a deal compared to the same watch higher priced on other sites, this is what HUKD is all about or am I missing the point!

HUKD is about hot deals thats a given, and this is going off the subject a little now, I was simply making a comment to say this is very cheap looking blatent imitation of a classic watch made by Rolex years ago, the design is a rip off of a rolex pure and simple that is all, if you want a watch for less than a score then fair enough but you know what they say about a mans watch and shoes!
#26
you know what they say about a mans watch and shoes!

Wear them as one item!
#27
Now that I would pay 200+ for
#28
Tempted... but you would get a stiff neck reading the time...LOL

defo not light. Solid watch. compares well on the surface to a friend's sea dweller!

Ideal watch for North Sea Saturation Divers;
They all wear Rolex Submariners when they are on the dive vessel and then pop them under their pillow and strap on a cheap casio when they are actually diving. They are not as stupid as they look. Have some heat

mine turned up today very happy with it seeing as it was only £17.

Its a good decent size 44mm face and the polished midlinks are nice also. Does look similar to the pepsi submariner and the seiko diver also!

Mine arrived today as well. £17 for a nice looking sports watch and for first time in my life I don't have to alter the watch strap to fit!...Like the push in clasp release as well. Can't wait to have a bath and dive down to the bottom and test it out!......LOL

Mine arrived safely and quickly via courier, boxed, new and in a very nice White faux leather presentation box.

The watch itself has a really good feel about it, is a nice size on the wrist, is weighty at 165g, has a nice strap and clasp mechanism and is in my opinion a complete bargain.

The one minus would be the winder which has a two stage time and date stepped mechanism when pulling out the winder. It may just be my watch but mine does not have a solid click, click feel when pulling out and pushing in, which is just me being hideously picky. :)

All gone!

Mine arrived on Monday. Very happy with it, a bargain at £16.99 delivered.

Had my usual problem of the bracelet being too big (slim wrists!) but took it to my local Argos this morning with my receipt and they adjusted it for me free of charge. :)

Mine turned up last Friday.

My wrists are too big for it which is very annoying... I hate bracelet watches with a passion for this reason.

I need to send it back to Accurist so they can add another link.. but the thing is:

I can't be bothered to box it up, go down the post office and pay to have it sent back.

Because - I think the watch is treading very closely to the cheap looking side of things. Not sure how this watch has a going rate of around £40 normally!

Also I sense some chinglish creeping in on the watch face: '100m water resist' - water resist???

Hmm not all that impressed for £16..

Mine arrived last week. My colleague though I'd got a great bonus (and bought a rolex)
Worth £17 for his reaction in front of 10 colleagues !!!
