Good price for a nice machine, but this is getting to be quite old stock surely?
Avoid at all costs! The SSD in these units is insainly slow even for running a very basic OS on. I bought one for a simple job at work (just running a single piece of logging software) at it even struggled with that. XP takes about 5 years to boot, linux can be better, maybe only 4 years.

The drive cannot be replaced for a standard drive so AVOID!
I agree. I had one of these a while back and replaced the drive with a 30Gb hard drive (required some removal of bits of the case) as the SSD was so slow. In the end I got rid of it and got a MSI Wind U100 (throughHUKD) which was much much better. Best avoided unless you know what you are getting yourself into...
I've got the 8GB SSD version of this.... painfully slow SSD. My USB pen could probably run an OS faster. I gave up with it and bought a MSI Wind U100 (as timefortea did) and its way better. The normal HD versions of these Acers are fine, but as mentioned above... stay well clear of the SSD models.

Good price though.
Thanks all - I was thinking these were a good buy. Nothing worse than slow booter.
