I'd have to say for the extra inch oo-er missus, this is very expensive and not such a hot deal. For those lucky enough to have bagged one of the hanns-g's from amazon recently, they'll know what i mean.
sorry, just my 2p worth
#11
I got one of the HannsG's myself and they are definitely worth every penny, even at the now higher price ;-)

The difference isn't only the extra inch in physical size, it's also the screen resolutions :)

Not sure it's £100 extra in terms of resolution though  Still, each to their own and i am sure to someone it is worth paying the difference :p

Did you get to connect your HannsG up using DVI?

Yes Ray i did in the end. I asked a mate who works in IT Support to advise on what to buy and next day in post, came a DVI cable :-D

Hehe :) I got one for £2.50 so pleased with that too :-D

Sure does seem worthwhile in spending the £2.50 or thereabouts if the screen/graphics card can handle it, i'd recommend it for sure :) Sorry, we seem to have hijacked this thread now lol!

Ebuyer have a monitor with the same resolution for £209.81 - quick code number 113039, or if you dont need just as high a resolution, they have one for £158.57 - quick code 115013
