  From the benchmarking I've read it's not great for multi tasking. It is very much designed for gaming. I can't say for sure but I think it could struggle with heavy video editing and/or encoding

  It looks ok for medium settings on recent games not too bad a GPU whether I would call this a "gaming" laptop" or not is open to debate. You can game on HD 4000 and also s SLI 7970 so Acer are pushing it a bit to call this a dedicated gamer. Benchmarks here http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-7670M.69483.0.html

  The most glossy screen I've ever come across I'm afraid. Tough to look at and the viewing angles are basically impossible, no matter how you view it.

  Gaming laptop huh? Thinking of moving Skyrim over to a PC, instead of the Xbox for access to mods and what not, as well as some other games, how would this handle? And if it is not appropriate, what kind of thing would I be looking for? Cheers guys.

  Hi, bought this laptop last time round when it stated USB 3.0 and 1x 4gb config, which dabs has agreed error and will be refunding me back £10.00 and providng a 1x 4gb memory stick free :)

  You can over clock the cpu using K10stat154 and my scores are:
  
  Processor: 7.3 (3.0ghz on all cores constant through k10stat)
  Mem: 5.9 (2x 2gb 1333mhz - states 1066 on site but has 1333mhz installed :D but will install to 6gb 1x2gb &1x4gb via free ram)
  Graphics: 6.6
  Gaming graphics: 6.6
  HDD: 6.5 (Delete a few bloat, disk clean and defrag)
  
  To get the graphics score, ensure you update to latest driver:
  
  Driver package: 8.982-120727a-145014C-ATI
  Catalyst Version 12.8
  
  The Laptop runs in cross fire modes with the 6620g & 7670m which is great. So far all games and been working well, and get even more FPS when overclocked)
  
  Great value for money and do recommend even at this price.
  
  Audio is excellent - uses Dolby Advance audio with virtual surrond sound. Even better when you uses a gaming headset
