Very hotttttt.... finally I got wot I wanted at the price I was willing to pay... yes, another 10-20 quid and if it was 320/500 GB HDD would have been ideal but its ok...

Great price and voted hot.

Sadly looking for a desktop up to £300 currently but people seem nervy about posting these on here. Perhaps it's because laptops look cooler? ;)

I'd buy it if it had stereo speakers.

I would as well, can't believe some of the Acer models have mono speaker. Hope it's not the way forward with Acer...

Good price but on a personal note I wouldn't buy another Acer product after how I got treated by their support people.
#19
do you reckon it's fast enough to play back 1080p video?
#20
Major RSI look at where the touchpad is, good deal tho :)

It should play mkv 1080p fine using xbmc for example which has hardware acceleration built in for the intel video chipset (DXVA2)

Wish I saw that, think I would have gone for it. Just read it has mono speakers though..............I continually dissuade myself from purchasing one until it ticks every box, and the price keeps tumbling so I'm in a constant cycle of waiting!
