  Anyone considering this PLEASE buy a samsung, lenovo, MSI, Asus instead, better build quality and will last longer and you'll be happy using it.

  I've got to say, the only issue I've ever had with the 3 Acers I've had has been with the battery. I've had to replace it within the year on ALL of them, but a cheap one of eBay has always seen me through.

  I've had the Acer Aspire 3690 for, coming on, 6 years now. Amazing laptop. Granted, I installed Windows Vista, then 7, but it was definitely worth the money.
