Looked everywhere for a budget gaming laptop and this one seems to fit the bill. 6GB of ram seems pretty reasonable at this price though I'm sure I'll be the first to know if I'm wrong. 4GB version is also available for £30 less here: http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/Acer_Aspire_5755G_1201803.html

Unfortunately, thanks to Nvidia's utterly stupid naming scheme, there are 3 different graphics chips with a fairly notable difference in performance.
In the worst case, a 630 is literally a 540 with a different name (other two chips are a 550 and a genuine new chip). This kind of behaviour should be illegal.
you can buy extra 4GB module for about £15, to make it 8GB in total, from the cheaper 4GB version model.
