No sure how good this compares to the recent HP deal on ebuyer or the Aldi Medion deal, but it has Blu-ray if thats what youre after.

I bought this laptop when it was on offer @ play a few weeks ago!! Can't believe its now £50 cheaper!!! AAARGH!! Anyway I can tell you this laptop is really good - get rid of the acer software and you have a reasonably decent gaming/multimedia machine!! It has its own dedicated graphics card too! My only gripe would be that it is quite big and heavy.

The description dosent mention a webcam but the pictures look like it has one built in. Can you confirm if so and how good? (VGA, 1.3 etc)

Thanks,

The XPS is worth the money, so is this.

This isn't the correct spec... I looked into it thinking it was far too cheap for that money,

it doesn't actually have a 2.26ghz processor it has an old core 2 can't remember which but it was a 600 mhz bus, and the graphics card isn't the 9600GT it was the GS, so its a 256mb card that is no where near as good.
