Seems a very good deal, heat added. :)

SSD, i3, 6GB ram, FHD resolution, looks like this one checks all the boxes for a great experience to use, and for just £250, hot hot hot!

Excellent price but SCREENSHOT THE OFFER. If theres a dispute, Very will want you to prove that there was an offer in the first place. I've just resolved a month long dispute with them about something very similar where i fortunately did screenshot the offer.

Question - can I select buy now pay later, select over 6 months and then just pay the balance immediately and still get the £100 credited back? Or do I have to wait before I pay?
#6
is the £100 credit cashback available on everything? (over a certain amount)
#7
Seems to be anything over £349 - there's also a 10% off code KPAJM for your first credit orcer

tj17,just pick the 12 months, then pay it off, to be safe with cashback. Any way I've had no problems with very, always credited back.
#9
tj17,you don't have to pay anything for a year, so wait till you've got your cashback then pay it off, if you want to. Sorry make a payment to cover delivery, about a £5

I bought the Lenono 14inch - had ben looking at it for £529. Got the 10% off plus the £100 cashback so happy with that (around £380)

But you get it off the price you owe so is that not the same?

This laptop on very is £249.99 with an existing account. Less if you create a new one by looks of it.

Would you rather pay the £349.99 and then they give you £100 back in cash?

really good deal.
not sure why people dont like the credit account, just pay it off in full once the 100 quid has been taken off.

that and if you're new chances are some decent codes about like 20% off etc assuming the codes work
#15
Can't use any codes with the cash back deal...you will void the £100 cash back.
#16
I bought this from very on black Friday for 289. It's a very impressive laptop for the money. Ssd obviously makes all the difference
#17
Heat added, excellent spec for £350, super hot at 250 after credit.
#18
Will going through quidco void the £100 credit back ?.

Likewise. Still no resolution for me though! How did you resolve it? I'm now being ignored.
#20
Do not use a code it will void the offer.
#22
Is this credit applied to very account or to the bank account?
#23

Drop in display keep mind Full HD LED-Backlit Display (1920x1080) vs. HD LED-Backlit Display (1366x768), that would scupper it for me.

It's applied to the amount you owe. So on the 1st of Feb the amount will drop from £349.99 to £249.99, that is if that's all you owe them.
#25
Both are great specs and hot prices but I opted for this one for the screen.

I was super arsey about it and quoted some scripture. The email that got the result was;

"Thank you for your response.

Regardless of your internal processes, which I have little sympathy for it is unacceptable for you to have to rely on your customers to tell you which promotions you are running. I'm certain that Trading Standards would be most interested in this response. Certainly I will be writing to them under the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations (2008) if I am not satisfied with your response.

Rather luckily (and from past experience with Very) I did have the foresight to capture the offer details. I anticipated that Very would attempt to wriggle out of the £100.00 credit, and you have not disappointed.
Please see attached 'very100.png' which states the offer terms as follows;

- Buy a Computing product. In my case this was the MSI 1070 Gaming X for £499 and some pence.
- Select Buy Now Pay Later. Done, as with all my Very purchases
- £100 credit to be received by 11th Oct 2016. Its now 3rd Nov and no credit.

I expect not to have to write another email, as you now have all the detail required to credit £100 to my account.Considering that I have been waiting 23 days for the £100 credit I expect that you will push this through without further delay
."

Hope that's useful, happy to provide you the full email chain in PM if it'll assist?

Thanks. I'm still awaiting a response to my last email. Think they are ignoring me!

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot so think I'm not likely to win :(

Was after laptops for my 2 sons for around £250. These are definitely the best ive seen, even looking at refurbished ones. With quidco got an extra £16 off and topcashback £15 (new customer) so around £235 each!

(ordered each laptop separately to get the cashback on each)

Thats a real shame but its not right that they can get away with it. Was it the recent £100 off computing offer as I have that screenshot?

I dont believe i have account with very. I dont have anything on credit. So i wouldnt be getting anything. If i could get at 250 then great, else there are other places which are cheaper.

So no codes allowed?
Also do you have to have a credit account?
Can I get this offer on an existing account?
Thanks
#38
Heat added ordered 10am this morn but still says order processing.
#39
I ordered Saturday about 11am and it only went through today (sunday) about 5pm. It was processing all that time.

I didn't use any codes as it stated not to be used with any other offers. Also, if you use a code, it would take the price of the laptop below the £349 qualifying amount so you would not be eligible for it anyway.
