People voting cold at least say on the deal (i.e. is it the best offer/cheapest around), not if you don't like the product or are in love with iPADs...

This site is fast turning into a place for muppets...

this should not be cold - its a good deal and a good device

as for iPads - people only like them cause they think they are cool to own, flipping iSheep
Good deal. As for the muppets and isheep (Like this description),
well everyone has to have a hobby and voting cold without saying
why is their pleasure (saddos)

Personally I'd look at the alternative Android tablets out there as have had shocking problems with Acer in the past, but each to their own. I'd currently look to the Asus Transformer over this which is similar base specs and cheaper.

If you can wait before taking the plunge there are likely to be more tablets out over the coming months then probably a price war towards Christmas, so you'll get much more for your money.

Asus also a good deal and is about £40 cheaper but this is 32GB, Asus is 16GB and the Acer has a USB port which I think is extremely useful, but each to their own, both decent I think.

Like the pic. Would vote hot just for the isheep pic.
Had a go on one of these at work today, and was a little underwhelmed. Having just used a Motorola Xoom, it felt a little sluggish - not hugely, just noticeably.

Hot for this price though.
Can someone please expire as the price has gone back up.

I can't seem to expire it.

Available again @ the reduced price.

Ah man - would have ordered if price hadn't gone up. Ah well waiting on Samsung 10.1 then.

It's available again...
I like the Samsung one too, but it seems it won't have any connectivity options (usb or micro SD slot) which is a deal breaker for me! At least the ASUS transformer has micro SD and ACER has USB, besides Samsung will probably be at least £100 more.

Price: £449.99 again
