Build your own, you can build a new i5 2500K system on a P67 board for this easily i was just looking at prices on scan to upgrade my first gen i5 setup. For a brilliant Asus board and the CPU it came to £260 add in 4gb of corsair £290-£300 1tb F4 HDD £35 DVD drive around £12 and a case Bitfinx £49 leaving you a few quid for odds and ends and this brings in in for around the price of this.

So cold.

Get your point, but I need an OS (not upgrade) and they come in quite expensive

Not just OS you will need an PSU without it it wont run :p

My version of XP could be a little bit suspect so I think upgrade will not work.
Also doing at £399.97 in Currys and PC World this one ( I think it is same spec, it is the M3910 i5 and down from £599) but did not post as store specific clearance stock though had in all my 7 of 8 of my local stores.
