Just got one of these from Ipswich store, was marked down to clear so you might be lucky to find one locally at that price as well! Someone else got the last one on display in Ipswich (Copdock).

I wouldn't be surprised. I am typing this on a dual core e-machines 16in laptop that I got from Tesco last year. It was £140. They will probably be store specific manger reductions though as when I tried other Tescos for another for my sister they were not reduced in price.
#6
HOT, if you can track one down.

Don't suppose you saw any other Netbooks going cheap at Copdock Tesco OP? Tempted to pop down there to pick up!

There were 2 (Which I and a fellow shopper snapped up) in a crate marked up 'clearance cameras' (or something like that) in front of the electrical desk/Direct pickup point. May have been others in the storeroom, as there was no room in the camera crate for anything else at the time!!

just called round most of the south of scotland with no luck and the actual product enquiry line cant find it on their system.

Tried: Falkirk, Stirling, Alloa, Cumbernaould and a couple others in that direction.

Not Voting either way.

Seems these are last dregs of the mass load they had a couple of months back that some of us here managed to get. They were £143 online, but most managed to get £20 back on them too making them £123, and it was a total bargain at that price, I love it. Added DosBox onto it yesterday to play some old school games and they run like a dream. Total total TOTAL bargain at that price!

It was because on one part of the web page it stated the processor was a n450, when it was actually a n270 (which we all knew anyway) but most phoned Tesco to complain just to see what would happen on the off chance, and they ended up offering us between £15 and £30 back as an apology. Click the link on the first page, it's the original thread, you can read about it all on the last 4 pages. Dont know if it would be too late for you to try but you never know!!! I was on the phone all of 90 seconds, and was offered £20 back.

cold. only 2 in the UK. Nobody actually got one except the OP.

I believe the OP and didn't need to see the receipt (usual store specific waste of time) but why do the zeros and sixes change shape throughout the scan?

If I see any deals for Specsavers I'll let you know!
