Quidco tracked and now received on both purchases I made on opening weekend. Have they got worse since?
#11
please note there are different chips as i bought the dual core for the mrs for £250
#12
got one with a 6 cell battery from HMV for £189, seems much the same spec.
#13
Isnt this the same as the tesco offer at £143? Also, the pink one at bestbuy is £10 more for 250gb HDD, and then contradicts itself saying its a 3cell battery, but battery lasts 8hrs...

Cold! I purchased the 250gb version from Best Buy for the same price just after Christmas and I'm still waiting for my cashback from Quidco!

Wouldn't buy another Acer Aspire. Compaq/HP netbook so much better (excellent screen and keyboard) and available for similar money.

I just bought an Acer Aspire One ZA3. 11.6" LED, Atom Z520 1.33GHz, Intel GMA500, 2GB, 250GB, Windows Vista for £100 second hand which is rediculously cheap. Even at £100 it has to be the worst purchase I've made in some time. Even with Vista tweaked to perfection it still runs like crap. Anyway I can easily make a profit on it and that's what I will be doing.
#18
why is it every week now bestbuy is getting so much negative comments....lol

Ive got the coffee colour 1 of these and it works fine quite quick once you take off all the stuff you dont need thats pre-programmed onto the laptop when you get it... paid £200 for mine from John Lewis but mine came with 2 year warranty :-)

Hardly surprising, it's running Vista, install Windows 7 on it and things will be very different, Windows 7 is far better optimised for netbooks...but thanks for sharing an irrelevent opinion on your purchase which has nothing to do with this netbook that is running Windows 7 as standard!

Good luck with your sale, I am sure someone that is more tech savvy will benefit from your "bargain"

But the Caps Lock sticks, the full stop doesn't work and the spell check is broken!
