Had a look on google, but can't find the answer, does it have stereo speakers, as recently the 5742 only had a mono speaker.

Terrible company......
Still haven't dispatched this laptop. No replies to my mails so have had to raise a claim with Priceminister.... who have already debited my card for the full amount.
The laptop is now showing unavailable, and i believe it was OOS when i ordered it. But Gzoop is still happy to take your money and then ignore you.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Will drop the company an email to see what's what, hopefully I might have better luck getting a reply.

I ordered this laptop 8 days ago now.....
After two days my credit card had been debited but no dispatch mail. So i mailed Gzoop and asked them why it wasn't dispatched yet. They mailed me back and said they were out of stock, so i told them to cancel the order. They then mailed me again and said it was in stock and would be dispatched the next day (Saturday 25th June) They never dispatched it and have since ignored all my mails.
I've had to raise a claim with Price Minister, which has been ongoing since last Monday. I've mailed Price Minister many times this week to resolve the matter, but they are ignoring my mails as well.
I have to wait until 7th July before i can get my credit card company to investigate the matter, as it needs to be 15 days after the card was debited.
I just want my money back... as i believe Gzoop never had the laptop in stock when i ordered it, but they still confirmed the order with Price Minister. So they are liars.
Price Minister are just as bad and are ignoring my mails to postpone as long as possible to give me my money back.
I've since read many reviews of Price Minister giving the same sorry story. An absolutely atrocious rip off company.

Just to add.....
In the bad reviews i've read about Price Minister, where buyers have been in the same situation as myself. These buyers have had to wait weeks and weeks to get their money back, but Price Minister have then put the refund into what they call their 'E Wallet' which is effectively a credit note to purchase stuff with Price Minister. These buyers have then had another fight on their hands with Price Minister to get the money transferred out of the Price Minister E Wallet and back to their credit card or bank account.
I will never use this company again, and i advise everyone else not to.

I've sent gzoop a message through the Price Minister system so we'll see what their response is. I think I've used them before for a dvd purchase, can't say I was impressed that time either. Slow delivery seems to be their thing.

Yeah sure..... I'll be interested to see what, if any, response you get.
I think Gzoop are trying to stall as much time as possible until they maybe can get more stock in of this laptop. And Price Minister are probably going to help them stall time as they get commision from the sale.
I really dont want this laptop now, as this whole situation gives me no confidence in customer service if the laptop is faulty within the years warranty.

So, that's us into next week now. I'll give them until the end of next week to come up with a firm delivery date, if not the order will be cancelled & they can refund the card (have already decided I'm not going to accept an ewallet type credit).

Gzoop should never have accepted these orders in the first place when they were out of stock of these laptops. But when Price Minister gave them our orders they accepted and confirmed them, and subsequently Price Minister debited our cards.
Price Minister have now told me the claim i raised against Gzoop not delivering my goods has been rejected, and they say i must now wait until 11th July at the earliest to make another claim against Gzoop for no delivery of item.
Price Minister have completely ignored the fact that Gzoop have given me no dispatch conformation or tracking number, and they also wont acknowledge the fact that Gzoop wont answer any of my mails.
F***ing unbelievable.

FFS you can only rate them if you receive the item.

If you get the runaround & they cancel your order ... you can't rate them at all.

So that explains their implausible 4.6/5.0 overall rating on the Price Minister site.

I'll NEVER do business with Gzoop again.

My credit card was debited the following day after i made the order on 22nd June.
The 15 days are up tomorrow, so i can now instruct my credit card company to retrieve the money. But god knows how long this will take.

I consider Price Minister equally to blame for all this trouble. They could have ascertained that Gzoop was out of stock when we first ordered. Instead they just let it drag on and on.
I've left bad reviews for Price Minister on Ciao and Dooyoo.... and i shall be slagging them off on all the other review sites on the net as well.

Despite asking Price Minister to refund the card, they're refunding to this "ewallet" instead on the 10th of July (so that'll be Monday 11th). It's then up to me to request the money be transferred from there to my bank account ... and that'll take another 10 days.

So by then I'll have given Price Minister an interest free loan for a month.

Bloody shocking customer service.

It really is an unbelievable way to treat customers. This thread should constantly be linked on all other PriceMinister/Gzoop deals on this site to stop other buyers being duped by these rip off merchants.
They've still not even offered me a refund, either to my card, or to this E Wallet account which i wont accept anyway.
Its now in the hands of my credit card company, who say they will retrieve the funds from PriceMinisters bank account. They say i should be reimbursed in about a week.

As i expected, they done the same to me and put the funds in their E Wallet. And that transaction wont be completed until next week.
Not sure if my credit card company can retrieve the funds any quicker than myself getting the money out of this E Wallet and back onto my card. But i shall be pursuing both and see which gets a result first.
I've also left a scathingly bad review for Gzoop on Price Minister...... you should be able to do the same now.

Have set up my refund, should be in my account by 20th July. Had to phone the bank to get IBAN and BIC numbers, couldn't see them on my statement.

Thing is, I'm not a rich person. Until I get this refund, I don't have enough in the bank to go out and order another laptop. It's a pain in the butt, tbh.

Will check into this thread later in the week to see how you folks are getting on.

Also had to phone my bank to get these numbers, also have a date of 20th July for transfer. What a total PITA to get your money back of this company. This will have been a month from debiting my card for something that was never in stock to getting a refund. And i'll only believe i have a refund when i see it in my bank account.
Never again will i deal with these shysters..... the worst online buying experience i've ever had.

Nor me either.... I assume that the repayment process only starts from today 20th, so it could be a few days for the money to transfer into our accounts. My credit card company wont get the money back off them until they've had 5 days from the supposed date of transfer. So that wont be until 25th. Only after this date will they retrieve it back.
Seeing as PriceMinister trade in France and the UK, and i'm assuming other European countries as well, you can see how much money they make in interest from the many customers they must do this to.
I've already put a link to this thread in other PriceMinister deals..... and i shall carry on doing so. This company should be banned from having their deals put on here, for the shockingly abysmal way they treat customers.
Obviously PriceMinister pays this site some payment for the links to their site in the deals posted, as i've noticed a lot of the deals for PriceMinister and Gzoop are posted by moderators of this site.

Appalled to see that Price Minister/Gzoop's PS3 deal is up in the gods today. Hope folk avoid this company like the plague.

My refund finally arrived this morning. My bank (HSBC) haven't made any deductions for the transaction. Touch wood you'll be sorted tmorro morning. I'll check in to make sure you have been !

AT LAST !!!!!!! Finally been refunded. Five weeks to the day since i originally placed the order for this laptop.
No bank charges for me either at Santander bank.
