good enough for home users, not ideal for gaming/graphic work.

much better. Clearly worth the extra 15 quid. Terrible resolution on this for the size

Links to some of the above deals?

Terrible resolution indeed - this is the same as 11" netbooks or my 13" portable. On the desktop you really want at least 1600x900, better Full HD.

Cheap for a reason, cold.

the contrast ratio on the Acer (12000000:1 (dynamic) is much better than the AOE 20" (60000:1) (dynamic) so for me the Acer is the better monitor to go for especially at price value.

I didn't fail, I clearly said "instore" sale.
#16
Oh, and they were packard bell

I bought two, they have both dvi and vga, but no hdmi, contrast ratio is 80000:1

"dynamic" also known as "****"

There are phones with a resolution almost this high. And I am not exaggerating, the Galaxy nexus has a resolution of 1280×720 pixels this is 1366 x 768. Unless you do not have an extra £15 and are never going to have another £15 do not buy this.

Cheap way of getting a budget second monitor for dual monitor setups but poor choice for a primary monitor due to the low resolution. Not voted.
