Pixels are a lot more visible in a 27", If you want to go 27" I'd suggest 1440p. Any lower 1080p is fine. But that being said, a decent deal.

Seen today next to a samsung monitor, colors on this look faded. I have an Acer 24 inch 3d monitor and it was unfortunately a bad buy, colors looked washed out compared to my old samsung syncmaster. Voted hot for the price though as that is a lot of monitor for the price.

I assume you mean the 144hz Acer right? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00IG0Z0HY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_7BQzybVA2D9WA

Absolute bargain for a 144 but that's what it's good for.

Unless you're paying £500+, these high refresh monitors use a TN panel which compared to IPS are less vivid and more washed out. These are pretty much for competitive pc gaming and not much else!
