Low Resolution - but remarkable high lumens value for a projector this cheap!

Hot Hot Hot!

Also available at Argos/eBay Outlet for those who prefer that method :)
#3
what would these be best for? smaller rooms? how does the low res effect the picture?

ps theres 2 left on Argo's ebay page if no one can find stock
#4
what does this but do '(nVidia 3D Vision)'?

Because it would give such a large picture, the low resolution would be really noticeable. Before I used the component over VGA function that my Panasonic has, the PQ was OK, but not great. Unfortunately, this doesn't have that function, so you're limited in how good the PQ can go.

If you weren't all that bothered, then it is a good price.

I had one of these and took it back because its Rubbish!! No HDMI so using Sky, PS3 or DVD through Composite or S Video on this is awful resolution!!

The manual actually states that the Acer X1130P does have Component over VGA (VGA to Component adaptor required) which would give better results than using either Composite or S-Video.

Maybe you should have looked at the manual as it states this model can output Component via the VGA which gives a far better picture than using the S-Video and Component you tried.

I didn't have to look at the manual because I knew that it had a VGA HD D-Sub but why pay an extra £36 odd pounds on a converter, when you can put that towards a proper HD projector!!

I stand corrected then :D

Still, the resolution is quite poor although there would be a difference using component over VGA

£36?....why pay that when you can pick one up on ebay for £2.98 delivered here..http://****.co.uk/VGA-SVGA-RCA-Component-Video-Converter-Cable-Adapter-/270704991612?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item3f07465d7c

This is a decent projector which can accept Component video for the price, and its around £90 cheaper than anywhere else...most places are selling for over £300.

Hot of the press release, most impressive pocket projector Vivitek Qumi Q2 3D 720p 30,000 hour LED bulb. is going to make half the current projector models obsolete.

Every reviews are impressed, raving positive with consumers getting very excited about this LED pj, expected to completely shake up and tumble the price of 720p projector market quickly.
Starting price about £500 but is expected to gradually go down to £400 by in 6 months. I cant wait for UK stock, Amazon current £540
See U tube for reviews of this before you get any 720p projector.
