This seems quite nice, and compared to the more expensive mainstream brands out there, it seems relatively cheap considering the extra gadgets on the handset. Very tempted, but are there any people out there who have had actual experience of using it? Very tempted!

Thanks! I already had a look at these two sites, but wandered if anybody had already used this handset. Bit of a mixed reception for this phone!

Someones sold two on ebay for £250 so this looks a good price.

You could always try it and post it back if you don't like it?

This one is NOT a dual SIM phone, DX960 is.

Acer products are shoddy, so I'd imagine this phone is too. Unless of course it's just 'branded' Acer.

i wouldnt say that on laptops there been tops for ages and are the only ones ill look at....
the only downside to this phone i found on reviews was in daylight its not very good doing the touch screen..

Your one of the lucky ones , Acer have been the worst brand ive ever owned , customer service is a complete joke , the products are budget items ,we've even removed their products from work they were so bad. If youve had a good experience from them , excellent , wait till you get a problem ( like 13 out of 16 laptop keyboards dying within a month or 5 screens and then trying to get them to do their job ) .

Might be a nice phone but voted cold due to the manufacturer history.

Agreed. Bloody awful PCs, in my experience.

But this phone is undoubtedly cheap and has to be voted hot. Afterall, we are voting on the price rather than our gripes with the manufacturer.

Agreed i think Acer are a poor budget brand, well for laptops anyway.

The Acer laptop i had broke 3 times with the same fault, repaired twice under warranty but on the 3rd occasion was out of warranty so they wouldnt repair.

Nice phone and a nice price but as said Acer is a budget brand.

Earlier this year Acer bought a company called E-TEN, responsible for the Glofiish phones. They are now making these phones branded as Acer so I'm unsure if you can apply the same problems with the laptops to these phones.
