Fury X or similar. 3440x1440 is very demanding.

Definitely Fury X but the 4gb vram is bit of a problem at 3440x1440 in new games. If your buying this or already own it, your better off waiting for vega which is coming out anywhere between Jan to June 2017.

Damn, thought this would be a cheaper alternative to the X34A Gysnc but this is only 60hz (and £300 cheaper).

Still great price.

Can't take advantage of freesync otherwise.

Probably a Fury/X or go cheaper for now with something like a 390 class card and upgrade to Vega whenever what's out.

Confirm it is 75hz and can be OC (at your own risk). Linus tech has a great review up for this monitor. I brought one less year at a same price from Amazon and don't regret it.

BTW I am using a Radeon 390 and it runs BF4 and BF one at native resolution, at high setting, but with post antialiasing off at 65-75 fps.

Returned mine to Amazon earlier this year backlight bleed over one third of the screen otherwise awesome monitor overclocked to 80hz but would recommend Samsung amva panel monitor that are free of backlight bleed I'm going for a Samsung UE55KS9000 no freesync max 60hz but as low input lag and doubles as kickass 4K tv each to there own.

Seen quite a few acer preds and asus pg348q's showing up "as new" on Amazon from recently opened accounts for this price, is that what you went for, tempted myself.

That's the one. I have no problem with Amazon wharehouse. 30 Day returns once you receive the item.

I wasn't going to pay £400 - £500 more 5hz and brand new.

Yer really tempted but think going to wait for the 1080ti or similar to go 3440x1440. Newer games are starting to tax my 980ti and I don't think adding 30% more pixels will do it any favours.

At what resolution is it taxing your 980ti?

1440p, got a 165hz monitor so like to play about 80fps+. Take something like Tomb Raider for example, have to dial back quite a few settings to get around 75fps at this res. I don't want to be playing at less than 60fps.
