Great price. I got one of these for my son at christmas. Got it hooked up to the PC, Freeview box and DVD in his room (aren't kids spoiled these days!). Picture quality is good from all sources and its a nice looking TV sitting up on the desk. In fact the other son is jealous that his brothers got this - Might go buy another one at this price.

Seriously tempted, but I've spent far too much this month :?
#8
are there any techie reviews for it?
#9
I couldn't find any - maybe has a different model number elsewhere? The acoustic solutions website is awful, doesn't even have televisions listed as a product they sell!

Anyway, I have reserved one (bedroom tv) for store collection - it says ready for collection from Wednesday 21st March.
#10
I couldn't find any info on it either ......

except on another forum some guy in Jan 07 contacted Sky to ask for the remote code for his Sky+ Remote but Sky Technical support said there wasn't one for this TV. :?
#11
Really really really tempted ... hmmm ....

#17

#18
If you've reserved to pick up from store make sure you pick it up Wednesday as the offer is only until then. Thursday onwards they will want the full price !!
#19
this is one hell of a good deal , im going for this for the mrs birthday
#20
is this good to use with a xbox 360??
i also have nectar points on my card so £135 for a hd tv!
#21
Yes it will work as it has component inputs, you should have a component cable that came with your xbox 360.
#22
so 135 for a hd tv thats not bad is it?!
#23
Ordered one for collection now too, I couldn't resist :-D Also have Nectar points so its a superb deal.

Think I'll wait til I have it before commiting to which wall bracket I'll use.
#24
Thanks, voted hot, rep given. Shame I couldant get it before Mothers Day. Reserved one for collection on Wednesday. Worried its now showing out of stock for home delivery; if they have sold / allocated all the ones in the warehouse will there be any left to ship out to the stores?:-( Someone please tell me I'm worrying about nothing...
#25
Just picked mine up and got it setup. It's not bad for the money, but don't even bother trying it with and RF feed (think Sky RF output) as it's terrible. Picture via SCART isn't too bad, and HD via DVI is pretty good.

All in all I'm quite pleased with it for the money.

Just picked mine up too, its VESA 100mm config. 4 x screw centres at 100mm.

Nice little display, not a single dead pixel and reasonable sound quality. Ideal for the bedroom. Its a little thicker than I expected but has every connection you could need except HDMI.

Hope that helps.

Anybody had any joy with a Sky remote code?

I looked these up when i seen the link here as i was intrested in the TV but and couldnt find any still.

Give Sky a call im sure they would be the ones most informed.

Sorry to be stupid, but does that mean it's no good for running off my main sky box via coaxial from the lounge then..? :?

I guess it all depends on how picky you are. On my Sky RF feed (which was fine on my old 24" WS CRT) the colours are very oversaturated and it looks very blocky.

 Great find, got myself one today, with half price wall bracket Can't go wrong, voted Hot HOt HOT!!!!:w00t:
#32
 Cheers for that, I'd been meaning to get a TV for the bedroom for a while and this fits the bill perfectly!

Just picked one up along with a £20 digibox and seems a decent setup. I'm actually quite impressed with the picture quality at the price point, although the sound isn't all that hot.

Spot on for the bedroom though :)
#33
is this a decent tv???

is this a decent tv???

With a good input source, yes.

I tested the VGA input with my Xbox 360 and the picture is superb. I have it currently in the bedroom running off the RF feeb from my Sky+ box and the picture is fine, although as mentioned the colours need to be adjusted otherwise everyone looks a little orange :-D
#35
VGA input with my Xbox 360 ?

how do i get this does one come wiith my xbox and can i link it up2 my sky box not plus just standaRD?
#36
I bought the Xbox360 VGA cable separately, but it was just an example. The Xbox 360 Premium comes with a component cable which would also give a high def picture. If you have the Xbox 360 Core pack, then that cable will connect to the TV also.

The TV comes with lots of input options. Your Sky box will connect via the Scart socket.
#37
thanks m8 i have the pre,ium so il use the component cables with it!

i have reserved mine so il pick it up tomorrow!
#38
its a great tv and for the price you're not get another tv with all the imports it has. i have had my softmodded xbox1 running on it using component hd and it looks very nice. the ps2 using the standard cable is good and my sky box is running in rgb , im out looking for a wii edtv lead now.
#39
think im going to hukup my xbox 360, and possibly link my ps2 up and a dvd player!
