These things are a total rip-off. Nobody owns Mars or the moon or the stars so no-one can sell parts of them off.
It's like the seagull joke: Bloke sell seagulls for £5. Give him the money and he points to a bird at random and says "that's your seagull there."

I think its supposed to be a fun / jokey product.

I dont think anyone buying this for a few quid would expect to be settling down on their new plot.

The price includes delivery! - wow.
To think that NASA has been wasting billions on sending probes there, when all they really had
to do was contact WH Smith - and they could get Mars delivered to them for a few quid.
If anything exemplified "if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is" this one wins the prize.

Does the acre of land belong to W H Smith? Perhaps the Martians might take exception and take WHS to court- or would they just nuke them? I would say that it is a scam if I didn't know any better- or on the other hand perhaps Gorden Brown has personally given his authority to sell the land- so be prepared to pay rates and taxes on it!!
