only if you want really basic backup software. Doesnt even support Differential/incremental backups! :w00t:

Acronis is great when it works. So buggy though!

I've just started using Paragon Backup & Restore.
Free for home use and supports incremental backup.
Seems to work well (on my Acer One).

Either install it on the PC and you can do backups while still using the machine
or it will work off a flash USB, if your PC can boot from USB.
