The pic looks like the basketball hoop is one piece. This is not supposed to be allowed any more because kids have jumped and got stuck, ended up being strangled. They are supposed to be in 2 pieces which meet towards the middle.

if you have toddlers that can jump that high I should think the last thing you would be worrying about was the hoop on this toy, you would have to weigh them down with weights or something!! LOL :whistling:

whilst i cant comment on this item, my neighbour had it one day last weekend. the day after it had been replaced with more of a princess castle type bouncy castle. why I don't know but i guess something wasnt right so he complained and took it back.

either blow very hard for a very long time or just buy a electric inflator from argos or halfords etc which will have an appropriate nozzle. Can also use an airbed pump if you have one

I purchased one of these this week and plan to return as not only is it MUCH smaller than appears in the photo, my 3 yr-old complained that it wasn't at all bouncy! Also, this does not come with a pump so be prepared to shell out a further £19.99 for Argos standard air pump. Now I know why this thing is being sold off so cheap..................

i would make sure your liability insurance is at least £5 million before letting anyone else's children on bouncy castles etc

you can guarantee that the couple in the news this week will lose their home

The difference being that this is nowhere near big enough to get a 15 year old on it. This is only going to be suitable for under 5's. :)

We got one of these last year for our 2yr old. There not all there cracked up to be. You can't bounce on it as the base is to stiff, and all the parts are held together with string ie the slide, and the side panells. Not particularly safe. It does stay up for a few days though!
This is a good price but i wouldn't buy it again or recommend it.
