Good luck dealing with adidas customer services if you need help. Appalling service.

Trustpilot is useless. Firstly keep in mind people are more likely to write a review on Trustpilot if it is negative. Fact.
Secondly, reviews are clearly not reliable as websites like eglobalcentral are apparently less reliable than John lewis. There's a lot more I can say but we'd be here all day.

Perhaps I should expand on my experience of adidas. Having paid £90 for two pairs of trainers which never initially arrived I tried to contact adidas by phone. Now if you like hanging on the line waiting for an operator for 45 minutes only for them to hang up then these are the people to ring. I eventually got through after a total of five and a half hours of wasted time over a three day period to be informed my parcel had been misdirected and I'd be sent a claim form. Wrong, I was sent an e mail of a parcel delivery code and a phone number to sort it out myself. Eventually about a week later my parcel mysteriously arrived. The contents were as order and I had no complaints until I had to sent an item that was too small back to adidas.
I packaged up the item, put the pre paid sticker on and took it to the Post Office who couldn't send it as the address in the UK didn't correspond with the post code. Yet again tried Customer Services over two day period with no success. Eventually on third day I got through to be told item had to be sent back to Germany and was e mailed another return postage label which thankfully the Post Office took and I did get my money back.
I've been ordering stuff off the internet for years to my home address and have never had such frustrating poor customer service as this. True I'm sure trust pilot can be negative but certainly in my dealing with adidas rightly so.
