Dont think i have enough room for a Dolphin.....get a bit awkward sharing the bath with him
#2
If they can afford to reduce these to £2.50 how much are the adoption place actually seeing from these
#3
Dang! I just paid £3 for 4 tins of tuna at ASDA. How much meat is on a dolphin?

Surely the whole point of a scheme like this is to give money to charity - All you get in return is essentially a certificate saying thank you, actual value about .001p. Giving a charity £2.50 instead of £7 is hardly a bargain to boast about... makes it a pretty naff present IMHO.
#5
Now down to 60p each.

As discussed on the original thread, the subscription paid to the charity has already been donated by Smiths when they bought the product initially. As simonts says though, it makes you wonder just how little was donated initially if they're now selling these at £2.50!

Edit: Now 60p!!!! They must be selling these at a loss surely? :?

I have order some to give instead of easter eggs. Hopefully as the children get older, they will do more to protect dolphins.

Thanks OP and nmclaran, just bought a whole pod of dolphins.

I bought a few at Christmas for ten times the price, so a real bargain, especially if Smiths are donating full amount to charity.

60p for a tin tuna is still not cheap

:roll::)

Bought it at £6 as a mothers day present from the kids. Comes in a nice box witha cuddly dolphin so a good deal at £6 never mind the reduced rates.
#13
appear to be £4.80 now.
#14
Wonder how many who ordered at 60p will find them mysteriously short of stock, but with plenty of the £4.80 version still available!

You win some...

Rufus (waiting for his cancellation email).

oh oh, the dolphin has expired?

doesnt seem such a bargain now, he was only around for a few days before he died.
