I don't see the point in this? :?. Why not just download free software to listen/record/get track info etc etc from internet radio stations?. Most popular FM radio stations allow you to listen online now anyway. Just check out Shoutcast. Seems like a bit of a faff and waste of £ to use this thing. Just my opinion, not voted either way.

Erm, the only thing that separates this from other FM tuners is that it comes bundled with Snaptune One, which is freeware and works with most USB tuners.

Considering I've seen FM Tuners for a fiver (and DVB-T tuners that do radio for less than £15.97) makes this a bit cold.

Or get a sony ericsson phone with music recognition is on it

And if it's just a one off track that you want to identify you can call Shazam on 2580 and hold the phone to the speaker and you get a text back with the identified track. The cost is the price of your call plus 50p if your track is identified IIRC.

If you have a symbian series 60 mobile like the N95, there are downloads for the 1st shazam music tagging application floating about which allowed free tagging as long as you have access to a data connection such as 3g/hsdpa/wifi etc so tracks can be identified. The newer app from shazam for series 60 mobiles charges you for tagging after the trial is up.
