These are just as good, if not better than the expensive ones in The Works & WH Smith, Amazon and other places...
Before any one moans, this activity IS beneficial to some people, so please don't be rude to anyone who finds this useful. Thank you.

Adults shouldn't be coloring in books
Go tell that to my support worker & many other professionals who use this technique alongside others who run hearing voices and anxiety support groups. Who died & made YOU God of what adults should & should not be doing?!

I hardly said *or else*.... I saw some one posted a deal regarding these coloring books and there were some right ignoramuses on there slagging off people who find them useful.

These ARE adult coloring in books... That is what they are called. Even IF you did misunderstand the title, your comment of *Adults shouldn't be coloring in books* is just downright rude.

If colouring keeps it calm and controlled... then go for it... sometimes the simplest of things work ;)

How many pictures can you colour in with just brown?
#24
What exactly makes them 'adult'? What's wrong with doing Paw Patrol like the other people who enjoy colouring in?

FINALLY what this tripe is actually WORTH. I've tried to get across before - I don't care how old you are - colour in if you want to, but to be happily exploited by pretentious tosswads screwing you for £8 for a colouring book....please. "Yeah we design each one by hand"..WHO..CARES. It's just a colouring book. Unless the pages have real gold embedded in them : absorb the cost.
