Gutted, I paid £10.00 more last month. An excellent deal for an excellent turn-based strategy game.

Better than 90% of games, and astonishingly cheap since it's just a few weeks old. If this doesn't go hot then I'll vote every idiotic pampers multibuy cold for as long as I come here.

My new issue of GamesTM just arrived, and awards this 9/10!

I've updated the topic with a bit more information, as this deal seems largely ignored compared to others from ChoicesUK (I'm looking at you Eledees, you year old game you!).

Otherwise I guess I'm just cursed, as my deals never get appreciated.

BTW, how do I insert links into the body of the deal? html tags didn't work.

Sorry, about the rant up there. Adios.

This game is great, I played the original GBA Advance Wars and loved it so I got Dual Strike and also this.
Also, if you want to go back even further it is available (if you dont mind downloading it) as an old SNES game called "Super Famicom Wars", but is, unfortunately all in Japanese.

Good price for a great game, voted hot!!

Mike..

Again, if you like turn-based strategy and you have a DS, this is the game to buy.

I played abit of the original on my friends DS and thought it was pretty fun. Now I've got a DS I'm hoping this is just as good.

Ordered it, great price, thanks! :)

Anyone fancy a game on wifi give me a shout www.fon.gs/n1x

Friendcodes.com great site, yes it does have alot of kids on, but the hub service is great to find some people to play a particular game!

Is this definately the UK version? The last time I ordered a discounted DS game (might have been from choices?) they sent me the US version :|

I know this doesn't really matter as DS is region free but the box is a different size compared to UK - it really bugged me! :viking:

Sorry don't mean to be picky, I just have 'issues' with keeping my collection neat and tidy. Great deal and voted hot in any event!

It may not have been a US one, as Nintendo have occasionally changed their boxes with certain games. Like I have UK copies of 42-all time classics and Elite Beat Agents, with the PEGI age rating on, but in the slimmer, black American boxes, not the wider, more white ones.

This game is called "Days of Ruin" in the US, so I'm pretty certain it's the UK version. I don't think Choicesuk deals with US merchandise. Are you sure it wasn't thegamecollection.net?
They sometimes stock Non-UK games, but I think they now add the word "multiregion" to the title of those ones. Example: Phoenix Wright: Justice for All (This could be JAP ver., as it includes full English translation.)

If you can get around the box size, you can sometimes get some pretty good deals on newly released games from other regions. You'll also have more room for extra DS games. :p

The US version has a different title so I think it'll be a little off and obvious if they send out US versions.

Good find but it's now sold out :(

Your cheapest alternative is a US version from Movietyme (16.99 delivered):

US version at Movietyme.com for 16.99.
My linked posts keep disappearing, so you may need to search a little.

Great price for new game.

Bah, no longer available to order from choices ><

Have really enjoyed playing this game on the train to and from work.
Not quite so much the second time - lent it to gf who was bored and she managed to delete my game - I was on about mission 20 - will start enjoying it again after I get past old ground.
I got mine in Asda, which was about the cheapest shop price a few weeks ago.
