Personally I'd prefer:
http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92013 for £70 more, but if you need uber ultra portable and don;t mind low specs

For those wishing they could stick this in the car: http://www.mp3car.com/

I wonder if thats a 2.5" hdd, just need the right screws and replace with a 160gb or 250gb :)

Collection only, and none of the stores have it in stock...

Posts like these for non-existent PCWorld collect in store items are getting too common these days.

Please check stock levels before posting.

From my experience with DSGi, the stock levels in store very rarely actually agree with whats on "the system" and online. Just because the website doesnt show any stock, it still might be worth going into to your local store (ideally with the 6 digit product code) and asking someone.

Seems strange as I checked collect in store stock for Edinburgh before [osting asn there was none and there still is none. Nor is there any in the rest of central Scotland.
#8
Got one reserved , not sure if its worth getting though
#9
Hi, None in stock in any store in Wales nor outskirts :-(.
Good buy for someone no doubt providing they can find stock.

Best Regards.

Hi, Agree with you there. Think that stock levels of 3 or less of an item shows as no stock on pcworld.co.uk and other DSGi web-sites. Probably worth giving the store a ring prior to travelling.

Voted hot anyway.

#29
Good find. Pitty I can't find it anywhere down here in Middlesex/Surrey. Was really looking forward something like this.
#30
hey guys any luck in the middlelands?
#31
best to ring pcworld and they will check the stores near you. any stock under 3 doesn't show on the website, so they may still have some.
When I rang they said none was showing any, then he checked another system that shows ALL stock and found 2 in one store and 1 in another.
#32
None in Hull or the surrounding areas (as far as Bradford)
#33
Wish I could find one in Midlands!

Would be perfect!

Anyone wanna buy me one and send it :):):)
#34

#35
Still continuing the hunt, No joy at coventry, northampton or MK

Looks like a nice piece of kit. Could be usefull for working on the move. But 1 question...any slide out keyboard or have you got to attach a USB type or use an on-screen one?

And i would also like to know how you can get this for £149.99??
#37
Anyone found any in London?

It has the on-screen type but you can use an external keyboard via USB.
#39
An excellent piece of kit for the price, as it is a fully functioning Windows XP computer, but no slide out keypad which would add to the thickness (it's really slim - 2cm) it does have an onscreen virtual keyboard for finger typing, another virtual keyboard for stylus tapping input and finally, a handwriting recognition keyboard (which is really good - even with my scruffy writing!). If you are not happy with any of these 3 methods, the USB ports allow a regular keyboard or my favorite, which is what i'm typing on now, is a bluetooth fold up keyboard.
