Isn't this what England did in the Victorian era? Weren't chimney sweeps small children?
Weren't children abused by the cane in the 1980s? Were the English exploiting and abusing children then?

Different countries are in different economic cycles and many are developing. When they have developed to the same level as England, that is the time to make sanctimonious comments.

This argument might work if it was people in those countries buying the goods, rather than people in developed countries supporting child labour?
