Airswimmers Clown Fish Giant Radio Controlled Balloon. Was £39.99 then £19.99 now £14.99 @ Argos
Watch video 1 in the link - looks like fun.
The shark is still £34.99.
4 stars out of 5 on reviews.
I thought this looked like a great present with Christmas coming up then saw that "wishihadadonkey" had posted it 3 months ago but the deal had expired. So I guess Argos got some more stock in or they found some.
Judging by the comments on that thread, it would cost anywhere from 50p to £3.00 to get it filled with helium at your local card shop.
Remember those large novelty balloons that street vendors sold? No, not surprised now that this crazy futuristic radio-controlled 4 feet long Clown Fish balloon is gracing the horizon, utterly outrageous but a whole lot of fun.

this will fill 2 air swimmers and more
Ebay is the cheapest place for disposable helium cylinders ( unless your local Asda still has stock) , but even the smaller 30 x 9" balloon size is over £28 delivered now.
Helium is in extremely short supply so expect your local party shop to turn you away ( as they need what little gas they have for balloon sales).
I work in party wholesale , and we are currently getting less than 10% of our usual monthly number of helium cylinders. All our customers are desperately short of helium.
