Camera 2.0m pixel drone
Bonus MicroSD card & Blades Propellers included
gets some good reviews on Amazon, and has dropped in price over the last few weeks

Add on something for a penny for free delivery, I'd ordered some additional batteries

use code ZPFUFR24 for this price

these are very good bits of kit for a starter quadcopter ... great find OP!

Great quadcopter and total bargain

I did not need to add anything for 1p.

Item Subtotal £24.99
Postage & Packing £4.75
Total £29.74
Promotion Applied £9.75
Grand Total £19.99

There is no indication that I will have to pay any extra for postage.
I guess I will just have to wait and see.

What is the "HD" Camera like on this?

This looks like the Syma X13 Storm but the remote is different and the X13 doesn't have a camera. If it's like the Syma X13 it's a good price for a starter Quadcopter and it's easy to fly. Heat Added.

Pretty much looks like an Syma X5C, same camera specs. Bargain at £20. I paid 3 times more and its lasted ages, had a dunk in a lake, spent a week in a tree.

Loads of fun.

I paid more than this foe my X13 Storm and that hasn't got a camera. Like you said they are great fun and mine has been crashed, dropped and flown into things and it's still going.

Great to practice with and crash before buying and flying an expensive drone like the DJI Phantom 3/4

I've gone straight in for a DJI P3S. Never had a quadcopter before and yet to fly it. I will be popping it when I do.

Ordered, thanks!

Good find thanks. Should keep the kids entertained. "Expedited delivery" though - grr - what's Prime for again? :-)
#13
looks like a solid deal - purchased

bought, looks like a laugh. thanks

Great price for a starter quad.

Slippery slope though! You'll soon want to either go the racing quad route with FPV goggles, video route with gimbal, 4k camera, 20+ min battery life, GPS etc, ...or both!

Looks low quality, not really HD.
Many videos on YT.
Still good for 20 quid...

Moon on a stick time: can you buy spare batteries for this?

Yes and I would recommend it as the battery charge time is something like 2 hours and gives 5.5 minutes of flight time.

You will love the Phantom 3 Standard great machine and very addictive

I first paid about £50 for this, great quad, you can pick up a real time video cam for about £50 on e-bay, total bargin.

Yeah, the ones I linked to probably weren't the best value (they were just the first ones I saw). You can get 600-700mAh ones for not much more, which mean more time in the air.

Be aware of this 1 star review on the Amazon listing, when deciding if you want to purchase or not.

Warning!

The reviews listed here are mostly FAKE reviews!
In the box that the drone comes in, you are prompted to leave a 5* review here on Amazon in exchange for some freebies. Therefore most of the "5* reviews" you see here aren't actual reviews/recommendations, they're just people trying to get freebies.

As for the drone - it's very cheaply made. Plastic outside, very flimsy and abused by the wind. The product I was given didn't come with enough screws to fit all of the additional pieces onto it and I had to purchase my own screws.

The drone is very hard to fly for beginners, as you have no sense of direction. The drone flies in the direction of the camera, however, you cannot see the direction the drone is flying unless its up close (so you can see which way the camera is facing). It gets abused by the wind and as a result is very difficult to fly unless you are in a sheltered area or an area with low wind.

As for the battery - it lasts a very short amount of time. I fully charged the battery and only managed to get 10-15 mins of flying before it died out again.

Luckily I got this cheaper than its retail price as it was a Prime Day Deal. I would have been furious if I'd paid the full price. At £40 this is a joke of a drone. It's worth £10-£15 at max.

Please take it from someone who's not reviewing for the freebies - DO NOT buy this product.

I was only thinking of "moon on a stick" earlier, thats a weird coincidence. I didn't know other people thought of obscure fist of fun references! :)
