has anyone played this, seriously whilst it ain t the worst game out there, i cant believe i waited 5 or so years for this, what a waste, it gets repetative, extremely quickly and ive done quite a few hours on it, and all i can say is the first hours of gameplay is exactly the same as the other 5 or 6, repetative and boring.

not the best, wish i could go back to the resident evil 1 days...........

good price though.

Resi 1 and 2 were superb, you can get them on US PSN store but not EU, I'd love to play 'em on my PSP! Sort it out!
Cheapest for AW by the looks of it .
Hot:thumbsup:
News on the DLC for fans of the game.

I enjoyed it. I thought story wasn't too bad more than the gameplay mechanic. Whenever you have something in development for that long it is never going to come up to expectations.

I predict Gran Turismo 5 is going to be one of the biggest flops in the gaming industry. It shows how much confidence they have that at E3 2010 they showed no live footage what so ever.

I enjoyed this game but it's deffo a rent. I got it from Blockbuster with the T-mobile 5 for 5 deal to make it even sweeter!. Finished it in 4 sittings easily.
#5
Really enjoyed it, and well worth buying new at that price with the first of two additional episodes being released in July. First one will be free to everyone who has bought the game new and entered the single-use code inside the box.

Great game.

The story is superb and so is combat, but don't rent as the game is going to have DLC to expand on it's already great story.

Great price it got some decent reviews will have to pick it up.

Or don't buy now and wait for a rerelease with the DLC included. I actually think the storyline to the game is working well, haven't played through it all as yet, however I do notice that the combat does get tedious fast in it.

Resi 1 moreso for me, mind you i've been playing the series since '96 so I suppose i'm a little biased

You should flash your PSP to custom firmware, i'm currently re-completing directors cut (dual shock edition), much harder than the original as its easier to die, especially after the guardhouse

As for the deal, fantastic deal. I really like this game, just as good as any of the Max Paynes

Just create a US PSN account, its easy enough, just need an email address like yahoo or google and use a US Zip Code address, any shop in any town or city will do. I have been on the US PS Home.

Either that or if you have the original PS1 games rip them if you have your PSP firmware hacked.

Great game i enjoyed playing it

amazing game

Good price, had an email from shopto about this.

Good deal for that price but I wouldn't pay £20 for this game. Gets too repetitive and the story just didn't keep me interested after a few hours or so.

Given the sense of excitement and anticipation i had for this game, i was overwhelmingly disappointed.

Playing Assassin's Creed 2 now and loving the story!

Heat added though:)

Great game, but rent it twice at Blockbuster (total cost: £12.50) and that will give most players sufficient time to finish this completely (by which I mean getting all collectibles and 1000G). One single playthrough? One week's rental would suffice.

I don't understand why everyone moans about the combat. It's the same with every fps/tps your going to have to shoot people over and over again to progress.

i'm going to hold out for this going sub £20

found this game particularly repetitive. I thought the combat mechanic was a good idea with the torch then shoot thing. However it was the setting that got repetitive for me, running through the same old woods over and over again. I can't imagine the DLC would be that much different. I did enjoy the game but was happy when it was all over. Not bothered about DLC so perfect rental fodder for me.

Lack of variety is my main gripe.

Yeah I've got a US/EU and Jap account but no US PSN card, I was just going to wait. They'll be here eventually! As for the PSP, I've got an original day one 1000 but it's got up to date firmware. I generally buy the PSN versions of my favourite games to support further releases, then sell my original PS1 version, although I'm still holding onto my non platinum FFVII with guide book, seem to be going up in price lately, keeping an eye on that. The two Oddworld games next I think!

360 version is a fantastic game and at this pice it's a bargain

Hot deal.

@ sennasnit, you even give PS3 fanboys a bad name andI I own both consoles (get off the 360 deals)

Oh my what's your problem. 360 version is the ONLY version, it's one of the only true 360 exclusives this year.
Have you even read my posts on this deal. I assume not, as usual.
I posted a link to the DLC details and voted hot, it appears that this is your biggest fail to date, oh and RUBBISH has 2 B's. Plus, you don't own MR so how would you know. You really are very sad indeed. Go join the other biggest fanboy on here. You know his name, even 360 fans call him a fanboy.
Rip off of what? Mario kart
I have news for you Halo=Doom, Kinect=EyeToy etc etc etc......
Note to MODS, if you decide to delete my post (for obvious reasons) please read my posts on this deal, this was an unprovoked attack by chelskii, It's a shame that discussions always end up like this. Sorry.
