Generic brands can be iffy, though good specs at a good price. Anyone have good long term experience? And see one on SD and HD?
No guarantee ?
I don't see the reason people have such brand snobbery. I have had my TV for as long as another resident at the same flat as me. Funny how my older Bush TV (made by the same people who make Albas) has out lasted his more expensive Samsung.

Personally being in the market for a full HD TV this is rather tempting, shame no information about the refresh rate and I cannot find any online as I would plan to use it for Gaming.
Brand snobs - HA!

I got an old JMB tv, its on its tenth year fault free......
I know i bought a cheap ford escort the same time as my mate bought his Audi TT, his has broken down twice yet my old escort hasnt at all. :whistling:
