Don't know much about beans.. Why would aldi be any better than ladl...

I usually buy good quality beans and tried them both from Aldi and lidl and the Aldi ones are very weak tasting beans with very little flavouring but the lidl ones are a pound more but good quality and good tasting coffee.

Fair enough
Just gone through my first kilo of lavazza coffee beans and they were alright I suppose... Plenty of crema if that measure of quality means anything... Will try the lidl ones and see if I can discern the difference in taste.. Cheers

All about opinions really. I would say there is very little difference between the Aldi ones and the Lidl beans, both nice except this site is about finding great deals and at a £1 more at Lidl doesn't make it a better option for me

Have been buying these for over a year and I am very pleased with them. A good, deep-flavoured coffee, consistent quality and fantastic value. I wish Aldi would do this coffee in a ready-ground form as my daughter is too lazy to grind it so I have to buy Sainsbury's for her :)
