thanks - just ordered.

I recommended buying a 1GB and you can have a decent mp3 player on the cheap

i have heard abt the numerous problems people had with their SD cards to put music on this phone. Anyhow, 20 quid is a decent price. how easy is it to get this unlockeD?
#5
Does the £10 top up come as a separate card, or is it already on the sim?

Hi everyone i bought this phone two months ago and the sound quality while having a conversion was very poor ! i wouldn't advise buying it......the phone was sim locked to orange

Bargain, read a review of it - sounds like an ok phone for the low price.

I have a samsung all singing all dancing one which will go on ebay when this arrives and I will happily use a lower quality alternative!

For £9.99 + £10 airtime - £5 quidco = £14.99 you can't expect it to be a high end solution.

BTW, for anyone wanting a micro SD card you can get them on amazon for £4.70 + del

Totally agree with the above post. I took mine back, you can barely hear the caller on this phone. It really is bad.

If you want a half decent mp3 phone you should keep your money, save a little more and buy something else. e.g. I got the Emblaze phone which is excellent as a slider phone and mp3;-)

it can be unlocked though (should cost about £5 in your local shop) - you can use the £5 cashback from Quidco to fund your unlocking

I bought one 1 month ago. Just bought another on this great deal. Hope I can use the £10 airtime voucher with my first one & keep this for spares/ reserve.

Nice little phone, rubberised finish, couple of games. Voice quality is a bit poor & my computer wouldn't recognise it but my husband's did. Mp3 sound quality good.

Orange quidco slow to pay. My transaction from 1 month ago has been tracked but not payed yet.

Can you tell me which games it has on it please and how good mp3 navigation is?. I hardly ever use mobiles so would like a good reason to keep charging it up.

Cheers. My samsung E700 has just died. White screen when opening. so this has come just in time. Once I've used the £10 I'll unlock it and use my old O2 number....well that's the plan.

It's £9.99 instore too (and requires £10 top-up), but then you don't get quidco.

Hey all... Just bought 1 of these from the Orange Shop.

They are £9.99 in store BUT you DON'T need to top up by £10 IF you have an Orange PAYG sim :-D

All they do is copy everything off your current sim and put it on the sim that come with the £9.99 phone!!

So all it cost was £9.99 and a 30sec wait... well happy

Just a quick note... to put MP3's on this phone you need to follow these steps or you'll pull your hair out like me!!

1) Tell the phone to connect vir cable through the phone menu or it'll just charge.

2) Right click on the device in My Computer and Format the card BUT NOT as FAT32.

3) Make a folder in the freshly formatted mem card, summit like "MP3" and put all music in there.

The phone will now find all the music and you can listen to your hearts content :whistling:

Cheers, Tommy

Got mine the other day...GREAT value phone for £10.

Its quite tidy and slim, great for sticking in your back pocket and not looking intrusive.

THe MP3 player is decent enough - i prefered the BASS EQ setting as the others sounded tnny and weak. I had trouble getting the phone to recognise it had MP3s on it....you simply create a seperate file named MP3 on the drive when it appears and drag and drop into there, dont just drag and drop straight into the drive file or it wont recognise the MP3s - why? i dont know..strange.

One down side, QUIDCO didnt track and so i wont be getting a fiver back!!!...still a good enough purchase at £10.
