Aldi Bike / Cycling Stuff from Thursday 3rd May - Saddle bag / Multitool - £4.99 - 2 Sizes available -panners, tyre levers, puncture repair kit, £4.99
Aldi have a range of cycling goods available from Thursday. I know that the pump has already been posted here http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/track-floor-bike-pump-4-99-aldi-1206605
Unfortunately I do not recommend this or the Lidl equivalent. Mine snapped.
However I do recommend the saddle bag. These generally start at around £10 online.
The difference with this one is it includes a puncture repair kit, tyre levers, spanners AND
a VERY good quality and useful multitool! Again - these start at approximately £10 online.
A genuine bargain IMO.

Obviously you get Tyre levers, puncture repair kit and spanners all for a fiver at Aldi!
YMMV but mine has room for:
3 tyre levers
a spare tube
two allen keys
plasters
repair kit
clean wipe's

Mine weighs 135 Grams - not exactly heavy and useful to have all the Allen Keys in one place I find.
Starts Thursday until they're all gone - often just a day or two for the more desirable stuff!
The tools and pumps are cheap but rather flimsy, occasional use only.
The (summer) gloves seem to fit in the shop, but hurt between your fingers on the bike, and the shorts never seem to fit right/ pad is in the wrong place.
YMMV of course.
anyone tried the inner tubes and can comment on if they are decent? if not whats a cheap alternative.. looking for 4* 26/1.9 for 2 bso found in shed.

If you're just after cheap tubes for cheap bikes it may be worth looking in Poundland - they often have them.

I have tried pumps from both stores and they have all broken on me. They have a 3 year warranty but sods law has always determined that I can never find the receipt and then it is a bit of a chore actually getting in contact with them and then waiting for a replacement.
I now have a Beto one which I got on Ebay for about £11.50 and it is excellent - you can immediately tell the difference in quality. Wiggle were doing their best selling one in the Christmas sale for £10.
IMO they are a false economy. But the item I posted about is fantastic VFM. Look at it like this £2 for the bag and tool and £1 for decent tyre levers and puncture repair kit.
