good stuff and better than the Lidl clothing in my opinion

Yes, they do have some pretty good offers on bike gear now & again, still using a Gilet I bought from them 4 years ago.

Thanks OP. In the past I've found clothes to be pretty good, but not much else. Worth inspecting thoroughly before purchase.

I'm still using my Aldi cycling gear from two years ago, will be stocking up on the 29th.

Bargain prices!

Always had great gear from the Aldi cycling range in the past and I'm looking for a new jacket, long sleeve jersey and waterproof trousers for this winter so I'll be heading down there on the 29th to stock up!

Been for a look, mixed bag really. Of the bits I was looking at:

Armoured Bicycle Lock – £4.49 - Looks ok, prefer cable locks myself from a quality brand

Cycling Rain Jacket – £19.99 - Same design and fit as one I bought a few years ago. Ok if you're as wide as you are tall, arm length isnt great, baggy fit, turns into a sweatbag if you get hot.

Drinking Bottle with Cage – £2.99 - had one of these before, bottle is good, but plastic cages snap, or bottles get stuck in them with grit

Winter Cycling Shirt – £8.99 Quite like the shirts, had a few now, reasonably good at wicking

Winter Cycling Trousers – £12.99 Got a pair, will report back shortly when i've tried them on!

Winter Cycling Gloves -£4.99 - like these, had them, before. Quite warm, I buy a larger size and line with a pair of primarks £1.00 fleece gloves, sees me through the worst winter can offer.

Winter Cycling L/S Jersey -£15.99 Had one of these for a while, good fit, good product.

Bought 2 of the bike lights this morning - the rear lights work fine, but the front LED lights - both are dead.

Gotta take them both back for a refund :/

Just bought the pannier rack. Great quality but no good for bikes with disc brakes on the back. Tried everything just impossible to route around the brake mechanism. Shame.
