This is a deal for the Aldi Electric Pole Pruner. Aldi have had this as their specials on and off for a couple of years, good reviews. The price was £59.99 and many people voted that as a hot deal. It was then posted a few weeks ago at a reduced price of £29.99. Price now is a bargain £25!

Seen this in a local Leicester store (Meridian) where they had about 4

Aldi deals are store/manager specific. Little point in posting on HUKD.

Well I can't agree with that. I have seen the same items discounted in several stores so there's a chance anyone could walk into a store and see this same deal. The poster who a few weeks ago told us they were £29.99 wasn't from my area. You can see these have been £29.99 from the ticket in my picture so that wasn't a one store deal. These are further reduced so for anyone who wants one it's worth checking their store.

My dad bought one and returned it as it leaked oil and he ended up with a slippery shaft. He got another and its as dry as a bone and he's more than happy with his oil-less pole.
