Tim Burton and Disney join forces for this 3D fantasy adventure based on the characters from the Lewis Carroll classics 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' and 'Through the Looking Glass'. Mia Wasikowska stars as the nineteen-year-old Alice, who returns to the magical world of her childhood adventure to reunite with her friends the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), the White Rabbit (Michael Sheen), Tweedledum and Tweedledee (both played by Matt Lucas), the Dormouse (Barbara Windsor), the Caterpillar (Alan Rickman) and the Cheshire Cat (Stephen Fry). Alice discovers her true destiny as she joins forces with the colourful denizens of Wonderland to overthrow the wicked Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter).

Decent price, anyone found it cheaper?

I can never get that code to work. There have been plenty of posts with "The code" but it always says code is already in basket. I have not even used the code successfully so it's not that I have already used it once already.
Is it just me or have others had difficulty using this code?

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page in your basket there should be a summary, and it will tell you if the code has been applied saying:
Summary
You have 1 item in your basket
Subtotal : £15.99
15% Off Order Total : -£2.40
Total : £13.59

I've not had any problems with this code, if you are still getting the message and it doesn't take 15% off then I don't know what the problem could be sorry.

I'm sorry, but this code has been flogged to death now.

The person who found and posted the code in the first place should be repped, but everyone else is just jumping on the bandwagon - This is cold, as without the code it's the same price everywhere!

I'm sorry but I got this code from Quidco, and I am sure its also available on many other voucher sites for us all. It's there for people to USE and get discounts otherwise it wouldn't be a code now would it :whistling:
That's fine if you wouldn't use a simple code to get a discount, I am sure you would rather go pay the £15.99 at other places. I thought that's what this site was all about, finding good deals and even "Vouchers" (as you can see in one of the tabs at the top). I am sure people who have an eye for a good deal would rather pay less than go pay full price, even if it is with a code.

Why don't we all go vote peoples deals cold just because they are using a code to get the price down

You've clearly missed my point.

I'm not questioning the legitimacy of the code, or suggesting that people shouldn't use it.

My point is that this code has been knocking around for weeks now, and there have been literally dozens of blu ray deals posted on here using it. Most people know about the code by now, and it can only be used once. Most of the time, the actual price of the blu ray in question is the same or cheaper elsewhere.

So you've not really discovered a hot deal have you? You've just added that old code to a standard price, something that anyone could do

Well I am sorry if I misunderstood, however is this not what voucher codes are used for? To get a good deal out of them?
Yes, maybe this code has been around for a while, and will continue to be around for longer but there's still people out there that don't know about it and I am sure there will also be a dozen more threads containing deals with this voucher, we are simply promoting the voucher code and our own deal.
Well, I did search around and the Blu-Ray + DVD was alot more expensive at other sites while other places had the same price of £15.99 or just over that. If your saying that £13.59 is not the best price out of everywhere else then I don't know what a good deal is.
Is that not what people on this site do? Add vouchers to a standard price, since anyone could do that, that is what I am doing. If I didn't post this deal then I am pretty sure somebody else would have posted the same deal.

You're not meant to put £13.59 as the price, should put £15.99 where it says price and mention the code in the thread title and the original post. Site rules.

Whats the problem with the multi-packs? I thought they were a good idea. I have a PS3/Blu Ray player in my house, and a DVD player for the kids in the car. these seem the ideal balance, and is not really much more expencive than just the Blu ray! i got the Avatar combi pack and thought it was perfect!

BTW Decent enough price for the pack, but can't comment on the film - havn't seen it.

I agree, I like the combi packs.

Not going to buy this just now, haven't seen it so will wait for the price to drop a little :)

And I think you can only use the code once in your account

For me personally I feel it is a sign of the decandent consumerism that is leading us into a world where our grand children may not be able to live what we would consider a 'normal' life because of our little luxuries.

Ho hum.
