You connect using a proxy server or a VPN based in the USA, e.g. hidemyass.com. Then you can use a prepaid card from the USA, (you ask a friend/relative in USA to get one for you from the local Walmart). Or you can use any card in UK, although there maybe charges for intl. transactions such as conversion fees. Hope that helps.
