Thanks OP will go check it out tomorrow, this will look nice on our landing area.
It will be over the staircase a drop of 4 metres. Lovely

Thats the problem with newer houses the ceilings are lower and big light fittings look silly overpowering the room, people get jealous of the light fittings in our house, with downstairs ceilings 8.6 ft high you can get away with it.
