BROTHER DCP-135C ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER, SCANNER, COPIER, 5% Quidco cashback, register for free 1 year on site warranty.
Great for school or college work with cheap running costs. The cartridges for these can be refilled but why bother when compatible cartridges can be bought for less than a pound each.
There is a delivery charge of £5.28 + vat so if you can't pickup from store or if it's more convenient, the next best price for this is £40.94 delivered from Staples. Thanks to holly100 for this.

I have the 120c and its a damn good printer especially considering the original costs and subsequent running costs. Ok so you arent going to be able to print quality photo's on these but with how cheap digital photo prints are online its not worth going the diy route.

I posted the same then deleted it as i realised VAT needs to be added making it £40.94! (although ive just seen it advertised on the gogglebox at £39.99 and for a few quid more they have the dcp-150c too http://www.staples.co.uk/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?Description=UK_CL_Inkjet+Multifunction+Machines&CatIds=21797,89060,21840&webid=390884&affixedcode=WW

Looking for a DCP340CW wireless if any one sees any.

the one from staples is cheaper as ryman charge delivery on it

I have an earlier version of this printer etc.
However it uses cheap ink cartridges as it feeds ink from these to the print head by approx 200mm capilliariy tubes which eventually (2 years in my case) block.

However it is a great scanner with Paperport S/W provided.

Just wish they provided "unblock" S/W c/w solvent cartridge to unblock feed/head!

I've got the 115 and it costs sod all to run. Small hole drilled in the top of the carts and refill at your leisure with epson compatible ink :) Photo quality's not that shabby on them either tbh.

That's right, that was sneaky of Ryman to splash Free Delivery across the top of the page and then add a delivery charge.
Posting now edited thanks.

Got this printer myself and like everyone else says, it is cheap to run. Got mine from tesco direct for £39.
Not had a problem with it.

Sorry to say that my Brother Printer 130c (same family i believe) is now in Printer Heaven. I have had so much trouble with it i have just smashed it to bits. And its ready for the dustman. Im checking out Laser printers now. Fed up with ink jet. too many jams and ink problems.

New customers can get it cheaper from marhall ward, additions direct or littlewoods if using the voucher "spend £60 and get £30 discount". The actual printer mentioned is priced at £49 which means you can get another £11 worth of products and use the voucher to get the printer and the remaining £11 of products for £30 with free delivery!!

I had a call from littlewoods on friday telling me i am entitled for this offer so it definately has not expired and i have used several voucher codes with these companies before and have had absolutely no problems except for the wait to actually get it to you.

Sorry to hear that, I have 4 from the same family all working fine.

They do have 12 months on site warranty.

I have been looking for an all in one machine with cheap ink carts, This is great
I ordered from staples via quidco should come to £38.80

I also have 115 brother printers, ( 3 of them ) had them about a year now and have been great.

Got to say I've had a DPC120c for about 2 years now, cheap as chips to run. No more worries when the kids want to print out reams of Cbeebies creations etc. Bought one of these models also about 1 year ago for my sister and there has been no looking back!

It has 4 separate ink tanks and to refill you simply syringe some ink into each tank. My old HP would cost more than this printer (Which by the way comes with 4 inks) just for the price of a colour + black ink cartridge alone. Plus you get a free scanner AND colour copier (which you can copy docs. without the pc being on).

It really, really is a no brainer - sure if you want yield and speed then buy a laser, or if you want stunning hi-res, then buy the greatest Epson etc. If however you want the odd printout of web pages, letters or kids drawings or ebay stuff, don't even hesitate to snap this up - it's not lightning quick but boy oh boy is it cheap to run. I defy people to find cheaper... (Now why do I think I may get flooded with replies)...

just wanted to know which cartridges are thr right ones for this particular printer. Is the link on the first post correct? As you can probably tell i am an amateur and i would like to but this printer. Are the cartridges easy to get hold of?
#30
click on my link and that takes you to the correct page. all those are the type for the 130c, the ones at £1.27 are better though as they contain 24ml unlike originals and the others at 97p which only have 12ml.

Yes, but of course you don't need to buy any until the ones that come with the printer run out.
