I know the feedback isn't good, with orange stools, but this is a medical product and clinically proven.

This is the cheapest I have seen on the net for this!

I will follow with my other searches for dieting products

Alli is a weight loss aid for adults (aged 18 or over) that does not requires a prescritption. It is for people with a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or above who are overweight and want to lose it with a commitment to healthier eating.

All this stuff means is if you eat fatty foods you sh1t your pants uncontrollably, thereby imposing a negative consequence for a poor diet. My recommendation, save your money and spend it on some decent food and cut out the pies, cakes, and chocolate etc.

i went on them for a while, lost nearly 2 stone on them, yeah i had the side effects but it was worth it as a once off, using the wii fit on top for exercise and cycling 8 miles a day to work on top all helps tho, people dont' seem to realise that exercise is the key in the long run.

Don't mean to sound rude (and well done you), but how do you know that it wasn't the exercise that made you loose the weight and not the tablets? Highly likely.
I lost over a stone when I took up Karate within just a few weeks, no taking any pills etc. Through changing my daily eating lifestyle (no big diet, just cutting right down on rubbish and watching/understanding what I ate) and regular exercise i've lost nearly 4 stone since pregnancy. No pills needed. I also have the education now to know the consequences of what I eat - i'm no angel and by no means at the weight i'd like to be, but I know what I need to/should do to loose weight and stay healthy, especially at times like after Xmas when we tend to have indulged.

It's great if these things give you the motivation to do exercise and eat better, but it's not right if they do unnatural things to your body and make you reliant on them. It really is a case of mind over matter, people don't loose weight unless they are in the right frame of mind to do it. End of really.
