One thing I have learned on here, a statement like that is a 2000% cert to quadruple the cold votes, whatever it is!

Its easy, instead of leaking faeces and fat on Alli, you have severe constipation on Dukan!

It's really only a variation on a Low Carb diet... (which I am tied to forever due to Insulin resistance/Reactive Hypoglycaemia, and believe me, long term it is NO pleasure!), and it is like Atkins in it's early stages so no doubt it will work, although upping exercise is what does most of the fat loss on all diets - all that low carb diets do is reduce insulin production which is what STORES fat in the body, so you wont gain despite all the meat, (and it means you needn't starve!) but if you up the exercise it burns some of the flab off much faster.

Believe me you wouldn't want to live the rest of your life this way, so it won't re-educate your eating, so is only a temporary thing, as believe me you won't want to look at meat again!

Still, it's probably better than being fat for your health, but expect some quirky side effects!

Im actually on the higher strength version of these from the Doctors, classed as obese at just 11 stone hahaha, after 3 kids in 3 years....erm i dont think im obese! However do need help to lose weight as it just doesnt shift, and the ones im on work wonders, there are no "skid marks" if you use them properly! Like not eating fat!!!! thats the whole point in the tablets, they teach you what not to eat, as if you eat over 5g of fat, then you have skid marks lol x

You are meant to have a BMI of 28 or more to use it

i need to lose 15 kg ...i am 85 kg or nearly 13 stones at height of 5.8"...

i do regular swimming, like 3 to 4 times a week, each session is of 2 hours plus..also i have started to play squash. i am only eating vegetarian food for last 2 months... (out of blue i became vegetarian, i don't know why i cant stand meat anymore)...

but still i cant lose wait even after being so careful :((((

Are your "older?"
Hypothyroid?

Try gaining MUSCLE rather than using just cardiovascular exercise i.e. WEIGHTS! Not dead heavy either (You won't get "big" that's hard enough for men & very hard for women!), but it has the benefit of increasing metabolism and burning up flab even when you are finished exercising & sitting in a chair! It also has the benefit of making you look leaner for the same weight, and for older people it stops bone loss, and reduces blood pressure too.

Isn't it always!
In 1996 I went from 22 st 7lbs to 11st 9lbs (5'11'') using that very approach, so believe me, it works! My only tip would be DO NOT eat too many carbs as the main part of your diet! :-(
